Venice Beach from the Stunning Casita Indigo

Wake up underneath a stunning vaulted ceiling with wooden beams and skylights. This studio features a unique wooden herringbone wall and has half walls separating the bedroom area. French doors lead onto a yard and deck seating area.

A full gourmet kitchen awaits your creativity. A table for 4 is perfect for all meals. The bathroom has a deep soak tub to languish in. The entire Casita is open space - sit on lounge on the couch watching TV or talking. The fenced yard has a deck with two chairs for a lovely evening meal or chat.

Remember - no smoking is allowed inside nor outside on the patio.

The 320 sq ft Casita and the yard is dedicated to you. There is a full kitchen and bath. The main bed is a queen. The couch folds out to become a full. We can offer you a twin blow up mattress if needed.

No parties, no loud music, no smoking allowed.

Guests can access the guest house from the private entrance with key code. The main front house is separated by an 8 foot fence.

Our house manager is available to help guests with all needs.

This guest house is in the best location in Venice, blocks away from Abbot Kinney. It's a short stroll to Venice Beach.

Car, rent bike, bird, Lyft/Uber

- All guests must be listed on reservation. Any guests above 2 we charge $25 per person per night. No more than 4 people allowed.

- The Casita is 320 sq ft.

- No dogs over 50lbs. Dog fee is $100 per week. Dogs can not be left alone in house nor on property so as to avoid damage.

- Tuesday is trash collection day starting at 7:15am. Guests will likely hear trucks at this time through the neighborhood.

- No parties allowed. No more than 4 guests allowed at house. No loud noise. No music outside.
